Single Core and Multicore Cables

Solar DC Cables are flexible, single, and multicore cables, designed for wiring solar power installations. It are machanically extremely robust and abrasion resistant. The high resistance to temperature and weathering together with the robustness result in a long service life. It guarantees high precision cables with small outer diameters.

As a result of tight production tolerances it can easily be processed, even with automated systems. This is also advantageous for potting, overmoulding and soldering. Further, the electron beam crosslinked material does not shrink back or react otherwise when soldering. The materials have no cold flow and therefore ensure longterm best possible pressure tightness for connectors or bushing. The Solar DC Cables are halogen free and do not release any corrosive or toxic gases in the event of a fire. Smoke generation is minimal.
